"Hosted the dinner for the motorcycle group supporting the western ND Honor Flights. Pretty awesome bunch of people. They have a large bar and several private areas for hosting events. Kitchen can provide a variety of food, and it is really good. Lunch specials daily and open for anyone. Large parking area off street. Good, accessible bathrooms."

"We visit Bismarck-Mandan every summer for 30-45 days. We are Elks in our home state. In August, we arrived on the patio for drinks, food & music. In previous visits, membership was not required so we brought 5 guests. We were abruptly met by your patio "guard" who asked if I was a member. I replied that I was & offered my card, which he declined. Finding out that 5 of our group were not members, he advised us that we'd have to leave. I told him we were unaware of the change in rules & that I'd checked the website prior to coming. He finally cut a "deal", buy a raffle ticket for $40 &/or have at least 1 member of our group join, which one did both. We stayed, had a nice evening other than sitting in the hot sun because we were not allowed to pull tables together in the shade. The experience was NOT a good one. Then to find out that night was the first for the change in rules. That added fire to the situation. Your club drew non-members for some time, didn't post the change on your website & nor was it posted at the door. We understand rules & abide but definitely were all upset by our treatment, both by your "guard", who told us he was a hard-ass, then by the patio manager for yelling when we attempted to put tables together in the shade, not knowing that rule existed since the sign to not move tables was on the floor. We will probably try you again but hope your customer service/attitude improves or you'll never build membership."

"Every time I come here the food is just disappointing. The waiting staff is nice, polite, and prompt, but the kitchen staff really needs some work. I ordered "tomato pesto linguini" and got oily noodles with blackened tomatoes. The chicken was cooked well, so that was at least nice. They were out of soup, so we only got salad as sides. The menu says soup or salad as a side. Multiple menu items were out and we had to order something else instead. Not sure why they are out of menu items on a slow saturday. The restaurant does has a nice setup, though. Very spacious and can comfortably sit multiple parties of 12+. It was slow tonight so we actually got out food in a decent period of time too. They had someone playing guitar in the dining area while we were eating and I was very happy with the music, it was nice. The bathroom also had a quiet open sitting area that is great to unwind for children of overwhelmed. Overall only 2 stars because food is really the only the determining factor I make in going to a restaurant. If I just wanted drink I would come back but the food always sucks."

"Great experience with Open Jam session. Jennifer Lynn and the Groove Experience host the Jam. The Shrimp basket is good, better than bar food. Kim and Roxy hustle (service) to a large crowd. Good "outdoor" night. If there's bad weather, it's indoors."
